Founded in 1957, EADA was one of the first Spanish institutions to offer executive training programmes to the professional community. Close to 100,000 students from over 30 different countries have entrusted their training to us, a fact that highlights EADA as one of the most innovative and prestigious business schools in Spain.
EADA Management Development Centre has been awarded the AMBA and EQUIS accreditations, which recognise the quality of its International MBA and Executive MBA programmes. Currently these accreditations are held by 42 of the world's most prestigious business schools. EADA is also a member of the Executive MBA Council.
EADA is the only business institution in Spain with its own residential training centre. It is an important tool for the EADA methodology where participants attend a series of management workshops during the year and where MBA participants spend their introductory workshop. Outdoor training is also an important activity at the centre, this methodology being crucial to the development of leadership and teambuilding skills.
The EADA MBA
The International MBA at EADA is a full-time 11 month programme, designed to build the potential of internationally oriented young professionals with 2-6 years of work experience.
The Part Time MBA is a 15 month programme starting in January which in addition to building the potential of internationally oriented young professionals with 2-6 years of work experience, also offers the scope of EADA's Corporate Management Training programme with top international companies in Spain.
Participant profile Participants in the MBA programmes are highly motivated individuals committed to acquiring the training necessary to consolidate their managerial skills and take up leadership positions in the corporate world. The average age is 28 years old.
Objectives The objective of EADA's MBA Programmes is to give participants professional competitive advantage by focusing on three fundamental areas:
· Mastery of specific business tools and techniques.
· Development of leadership skills which are essential to international managers.
· Acquiring a global vision of the company and its strategic position in the business environment.
Participants will learn to effectively apply the elements of this dynamic "mix of talent" as they develop their professional careers.
Methodology EADA has developed its own practical, active and participative approach with emphasis on learning by doing. The methodology reflects companies' demand for professionals with skills such as: the capacity to reflect, ability to act in the face of change, versatility to work in multifunctional teams and adaptability to the challenges of a global environment.
PPC (Professional Profile of Competencies) This programme is a pioneer among Spanish business schools. It provides added value for our participants as it prepares them to face the world of work with confidence and competencies. Participants undergo a personal and introspective analysis of themselves so that they learn which competencies need to be developed further.
